Holiday Decorating Contest

BASWA Annual Holiday Decorating Contest: BASWA launched this contest in 2004 and hopes to make it an annual event. The goal is to add a more festive look to our neighborhood during the darkest months of the year. 2007 Voting will occur December 11.

The 2007 Contest will be judged on December 11, 2007, and prizes will be awarded at the December 12th BASWA Year End Party. Please deck your halls! Win Cash!

1st Prize: $300

2nd Prize: $200

3rd Prize: $100

Contestants in the 2005 holiday decorating contest included Historic Houseparts, Lux Lounge, Cheesy Eddie's, Premier Pastry, Pride Connection, Stylemasters Beauty Salon, Stars and Stripes Flag Store, Cynthia's Secret Garden, Women's Coffee Connection, Salon Paragon, The Keg, Skippy's Veg Out and ARC Floral.

The 2005 BASWA Holiday Decorating Contest judges were Pete Saxe (NET), David Chappias (Swillburg) and Lori Bryce (Ellwinger-Berry.)

2005 prizes include:

1st place: Historic Houseparts ($100)

2nd place: Premier Pastry ($50)

3rd place: Stylemasters Beauty Salon ($25)
