BASWA Promotional Coupons

This coupon book or coupon sheets will contain incentives to bring customers into our South Wedge area businesses to try our products and services. We would like to encourage all area businesses to participate by offering one incentive that can be distributed through this publication. For instance, 10% off a purchase, or buy one item/get one free or discounted. There is a sample sheet of discounts attached.

If you want to participate, please fill out the bottom of this sheet and send it back to us, or drop it off at Historic Houseparts at your convenience. Deadline for inclusion in this project is May 30. Minimum value can be estimated. A maximum value can be listed in your incentive if you like. We will put an expiration date of June 30 2009 on each coupon listed.

What will these look like?

· These can be printed in sheet form or bound in book form, depending on the number of businesses responding.

· To reduce risk of duplication, we can have this printed on an unusual paper stock or emboss/punch all coupons.

· There will be a map of businesses included with this if possible.

Who will receive these?

· These will be used as a reward/gift for volunteers who participate in BASWA projects, such as landscaping, art & music events, Graffiti Sweeps, or Clean Sweeps.

· These will be donated as Silent Auction items to the non-profit groups that call upon us regularly, rather than having to collect items from each business.

· These will be used in the Welcome Baskets being distributed through the Highland Park Neighborhood Association to new residents.

· These can be distributed or sold to area Realtors or Landlords for distribution to new residents.

· These can be sold as a BASWA fundraiser at events such as Third Thursdays, Lilac or Corn Hill Festival, or Highland Bowl events such as Wedgestock, Cinema at Sunset, or Springut concerts.

· They could also be sold as a BASWA fundraiser through local businesses.
